About Us

What We Do

Founded in 2015 as a division of Audiocom Electronics Inc. and located in Washington, USA, Pineapple Service took over the service work for Pineapple Technology, Inc. (PTI) when it closed its doors in 2014. If you are looking for the official place to obtain technical support or service work for your Pineapple Technology product, this is it. We can repair everything from power amplifiers to modulators to monitoring equipment. If your product wasn’t made by PTI, we may still be able to help you with your repair. We have a combined 40+ years of experience in the RF industry as well as access to the expertise of former PTI employees.

We also provide service bulletins for recommended and optional modifications to PTI equipment.

More Services We Offer

In addition to providing technical support and performing service work, we also supply broadcast equipment upgrades, including amplifier upgrades. If you don’t have a Pineapple Technology transmitter, we may still have upgrades available for your product. It is important to keep the technology in your equipment up to date in case key replacement parts, such as LDMOS transistor devices, are discontinued. Having to find obsolete parts can lead to unnecessary station downtime and expense.

We also provide RF engineering and consulting services. We can help with custom equipment design and modification as well as perform a transmitter installation. Contact us about your project and we will let you know how we can help.
